Web Applications Engineer
Strategic Mapping is seeking a talented, energetic and self-driven individual to build world-class consumer services that will be used by millions. The candidate will be a key part of our development team and will help develop cutting-edge, responsive applications.
Duties & Responsibilities- Developing modular server side logic to drive the front end.
- Implementing highly dynamic browser UI functionality using HTML, JavaScript & CSS.
- Work with the backend database in SQLs.
- Candidates must be innovative, flexible, and self-directed; they should be passionate about what they do; they should show a willingness to share, discuss, and brainstorm ideas; they should strive to invent and implement new software products that help people.
- a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of applications programming experience.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, or Servlet programming.
- Able to work in UNIX/Linux environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
